The Trustees of BACE are delighted that Michael Finnigan has accepted a position as patron of their charity.

Michael, and his inspirational 'Winning Hearts And Minds' coaching consultancy, i2i, have been strong supporters of BACE since Michael first met Tracy Barnett MBE in 2004.

"I am honoured to be asked to be a Patron of this wonderful charity and will help in any way I can" said Michael.

Michael and his team work with businesses all over the world, but are best known for their rare yet highly successful forays into the world of élite sport, where they have helped the likes of new England Football Manager, Sam Allardyce, and the Indian Cricket Team in winning the 2011 Cricket World Cup.

Michael will be attending his first function as Patron in September, the Charity Ball which is to be held at Port Lympne Animal Safari Park.
